Did you miss Wild Moccasins play their earlybird set at Free Press Summer Fest? We did as well. Time to make up for lost time. The Houstonians will be opening for Portland-based The Thermals at Fitzgerald’s on Friday. Wild Mocs have been traipsing all over the world lately, so it’s nice to have them back in town. They might have learned a thing or two on their European tour, adding to their already fun live show.

Karaoke competition! This ain’t no Friday night at PJ’s. A. drinks won’t be near as cheap. B. You’re the audience. For all of the future politicians—proof that you sing ABBA better than Colin Firth, only after you’ve nursed a quart of Vermouth, won’t help your distant election swing. In the meantime, the in between time, join the wait list and they’ll contact you when tickets are available.
