Can I eat there? Yes, while listening to the tech-rich beats of OWL CITY (all caps). They’ve got a song featuring Seattle for which we won’t fault them. We’ll probably end up buying them a burger in hopes of  a “Hello Houston” on their next album.
Can I drink there? Yes, imbibe enough, and this will make our argument slightly less credible.

Can I eat there? Yes, at the pre-concert reception. This is not about food though. This is our chance to hear French composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier´s Messe de Minuit pour Noël (Christ Mass) in the largest European Art Gallery in the MFAH.
Can I drink there? Yes, beforehand or afterward. Why not make our way over to the Community Bar or Zimms?

Way to cover the nonprofits. I wish I’d read this earlier to know about the Urban Harvest panel discussion. Sounds AWESOME.

Plug – Wesley Community Center and a group called LISC (google it) is opening a Financial Opportunity Center in Near Northside on Jan 29. There will be a presser and such, but TLS should be there. If you went around interviewing people on your iPhone, it would be tremendous. I’m always happy to give the people what they want – I’m like the Lance Berkman of social service interviews.
